THE STORY BEHIND THE INITIALS
The AW is Autograph World.
Our name is a nod to Autograph World, the celebrity autograph business founded in 1996 by JD Bardwell and Bob Jones. Their earlier business, JD & Bob’s Autographs, operated from 1986 to 1990.
That history is part of our collecting roots. Autograph World focuses on celebrity autographs, with auctions, catalogs, and signed photographs. AW Cardz brings our enthusiasm for trading cards to a collection of its own.

WHY WE FEATURE GSG
See the card. Understand the grade.
Our featured collection is graded and encapsulated by Granite State Grading. GSG uses software-assisted image analysis to evaluate centering, corners, edges, and surface, with subgrades that help explain the overall grade.
Each GSG slab has a certification number linked to a public record. You can check the card’s identity, review its grading detail, and inspect front and back slab images before deciding what belongs in your collection.
